Established in 1989, Groupe Phoenicia started its operations with a modest warehouse of 5,000 sq.ft. In 1994, it was incorporated, followed in 1998 by the acquisition of the CEDAR brand, known as the pioneer brand in the marketing of Middle Eastern food products in Canada and the United States.
